Radiation Fibrosis Guide

Reduce tightness, improve mobility, and support long-term healing.

This is the EXACT protocol I followed to manage radiation fibrosis and regain movement after breast cancer radiation.

  • Radiation fibrosis was one of the most challenging parts of my recovery after breast cancer treatment. My shoulder mobility became so restricted—almost like frozen shoulder.

I experienced nearly every symptom of radiation fibrosis: tissue hardening, limited shoulder movement, weakness, muscle spasms, loss of elasticity, reduced circulation and lymphedema!

Consistent Rehab = Change!

This is exactly what I'm experiencing.  I didn't know the name (Radiation Fibrosis) or what caused it.  None of my doctor's said this is a potential side effect or a thing I should look out for.  Now I know what it is and have a solution thanks to you.  I will try this! (@nhaynes732)
