Strength After Breast Cancer

I created Thriver Strength because I know how essential it is to rebuild strength after breast cancer treatment. Working out was my lifeline during treatment and remains a cornerstone of my survivorship.

Drawing on both my rehab background as a Chiropractor and my personal experience as a breast cancer thriver, I designed this program to bridge the gap between rehab and traditional fitness. I understand the side effects, the physical limitations, and the uncertainty about moving your body safely after treatment.  Thriver Strength takes away the guesswork, so you can focus on feeling confident, capable, and strong.

Created by Someone Who’s Been There

As a chiropractor, I’m used to helping others heal — but facing my own breast cancer diagnosis showed me just how much recovery demands from both body and mind.

After my surgeries and radiation, I started from scratch — rebuilding my strength step by step. I used these same exercises and progressions in Thriver Strength to restore shoulder mobility, rebuild muscle, and eventually return to the workouts I love, including CrossFit. You absolutely don’t need to do CrossFit or lift super heavy weights — but I want you to see what’s possible with the right plan and patience.

That’s why I combined my professional expertise in rehab with my personal experience as a survivor to create programs that are safe, effective, and designed specifically for women like us.

Through my YouTube channel, Breast Cancer Rehab, I’ve taught thousands of women how to move safely after treatment — and Thriver Strength is the next step forward.

My goal is simple: to give you practical tools and a guided plan that helps you regain strength, move with confidence, and feel at home in your body again.

FAQs

How do I access the workouts?

After purchase, you’ll receive the Thriver Strength PDF Guide with clickable links for the workout videos (they’re Unlisted on YouTube and accessible only through the guide).

What equipment do I need?

You’ll need 2–3 pairs of dumbbells (light, medium & heavy), a resistance band, a yoga mat or rug, and a bench or chair.

Weight recommendations for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels can be found in the ‘What’s Included’ section above and in the PDF guide

When can I start?

This program is ideal once you’re at least 10–12 weeks post-surgery. Always check with your medical team before starting.

How long are the workouts?

The full-body sessions are 20-25 minutes, including a warm-up.  The posture + core sessions are 12 minutes.

Can I do this if I’ve had lymph node surgery, reconstruction, or radiation?

Yes — the program is designed with modifications and safety in mind. Always listen to your body and consult your medical team before starting.

Do I need to go to a gym?

Nope! All workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment.

What if I’m brand new to strength training?

Thriver Strength is beginner-friendly, with a gradual progression that builds you up safely with individual modifications for each exercise. 

Will I lose access after 12 weeks?

No — you’ll keep lifetime access to the PDF and videos so you can repeat the program or revisit workouts anytime.
